Return & Exchange Policy
All Mobile Ballers merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom produced after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can review the issue and work with Printful on a resolution.
