Booking & Availability
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Availability may become limited during summer and fall event seasons.
What types of events do you service?
Mobile Ballers is perfect for birthday parties, school events, corporate events, team celebrations, community events, graduations, weddings, and other private parties.
How long are rentals?
Rental lengths vary by package. Most events range from 2–6 hours, with additional time available upon request.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time.
Setup Requirements
How much space is needed for setup?
We typically recommend approximately 60 feet of relatively flat space to safely park, operate, and access the trailer.
Can the trailer be set up on grass?
Yes — in many cases. Grass, pavement, parking lots, and other level surfaces may work depending on accessibility and weather conditions.
Do you provide staff during the event?
Yes. Mobile Ballers events are supervised by attendants to help ensure safe operation and a great guest experience.
Does the trailer require power?
Power requirements may vary depending on lighting and event setup. Power access will be discussed during booking, and generator options may be available for certain events if needed.
Gameplay & Safety
What ages is Mobile Ballers recommended for?
Mobile Ballers is generally recommended for ages 5 and up. Parent, guardian, or renter supervision is required for younger children participating in gameplay activities.
Is the trailer safe for kids?
Yes. Safety is a top priority. The trailer is supervised during operation, and all participants are expected to follow posted safety rules and staff instructions. Parent, guardian, or renter supervision is required for younger children during gameplay activities.
Can adults play too?
Absolutely! Mobile Ballers is designed for kids, teens, and adults to enjoy together.
What happens if it rains?
Because the attraction is outdoors, weather may impact operation. We work with customers on weather-related rescheduling.
